1. Select one of our designs, or work with us to design to your requirements.
2. We will submit applications for Building Consent, and Resource Consent (if required).
3. We will then construct your home.
4. You move in and enjoy.

Once all the details of the design you have chosen have been confirmed, we will take care of the documentation for the consent/s on your behalf. With us taking care of the necessary specifics, you can be worry free.
