If you haven’t built a home before, chances are you might have a few questions. We’re happy to help. At Wealth Creation Homes we want to make building and owning your own home as easy as possible. Our service is all about guiding you though the process, every step of the way.
We’ve simplified the process into four easy stress-free steps:
- Select one of our designs, or work with us to design to your requirements.
- We will submit applications for Building Consent, and Resource Consent (if required).
- We will then construct your home.
- You move in and enjoy.
